Cancellations & Late Policy


We respect your time.  Please respect ours!



Mint requires 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling.  This has always been our policy but this issue has been increasing as of late.  We are always busy but, along with the move to our new location, brings more new clients who would love your slot on our calendar. We understand emergencies can happen.  But, as of May 1, 2016, the following will be strongly enforced:


Any service requiring over one hour (color application) will need to have a credit card on file in order to reserve the appointment.

No shows will be charged $50 for every hour scheduled ($25 for 30 minutes after an hour)

After two appointments have been cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance and/or no call/no shows will no longer be accepted at the salon.


Late Policy:

Your appointment time is not a suggestion. We run an exact booking system.  Specific hair needs have specific time alotted.  We need that specific time to be thorough and confident in the work that we do.


Anyone over ten minutes late will need to be rescheduled.


We are not doing this to make you have a bad day, but as a courtesy to our other clients.


We hope that our clients can understand that our time, like yours, is valuable!
